Refunds/Exchanges

What is your refund policy? 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase amount (minus shipping). Items must be in 'new condition' and have not been washed or worn. Click Here to process your return/refund via our Returns Center.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item. Can I exchange it?

Yes, simply return the unworn item within 30 days. Include a copy of your invoice and a note describing the size or item you'd like to exchange for, and we'll ship it back to you for free.  Click Here to process your exchange via our Returns Center.

What if there is a defect in the product?

If the product is defective, it can be exchanged for a new item at no additional cost. We will provide a return label for you. Click Here to process your damaged/defective item.

 

Damages & Lost Packages

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost prior to delivery, we will refund your money or resend your items, please email us at info@hookandirons.com. If the package is lost after showing delivered, you will need to file a claim with the carrier as Hook & Irons is not responsible for such cases.

What if my item arrives damaged? Please contact us immediately by  Clicking Here. We will arrange a replacement and provide a return label for the damaged item.

 

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive? We aim to ship within 48 hours. Orders are shipped via USPS and typically take 5-10 business days to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships. Please note there may be a delay of up to 24 hours based on our schedules.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, international shipping is available for a standard flat rate. If you require a tracking number, please contact us to make special arrangements.

 

Shirts & Designs

How do the shirts fit? Our shirts run true to size and are preshrunk.

Do you print your own shirts? We contract with a trusted company with over 20 years of printing experience to ensure high-quality results.

Can I suggest a design? We’d love to hear your ideas! Our designs are inspired by the fire service and pay respect to its traditions. Email your suggestions or pictures to info@hookandirons.com.

What if my size is sold out? If a size is not listed in the dropdown menu, it means it is currently sold out. 

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and direct payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your order.
